The location is convenient. Breakfast offers fresh fruit and a choice of dishes, a nice touch. The included breakfast portions felt quite minimal, and the streets around the hotel were dark and uninviting at night, necessitating careful navigation. Without a car, reaching the city center requires a significant walk.

The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from Paseo Montejo, which offers picturesque views and more amazing dining options. The rooms are spacious, and mine had lovely decorations that gave it a unique touch.
The limited lobby space can be confining if you want to hang out outside your room.

Location is a dream, near Paseo 60 with loads of fab dining options. The place is pretty quiet for a good night's sleep-and my room was as cute as a button with a lovely mural.
But dear me, the Wi-Fi dropped more than my patience at a dinner party! Plus, getting my suitcase up the stairs was quite the cardio workout.

A Good Stay in the Heart of Merida!
My family enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay, discovering delicious huevos motulenos at the on-site restaurant. The hotel's steam bath offered a perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. Future guests should definitely take a stroll to the nearby Plaza Americana for more dining options!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and attended to our every need. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, with hand-painted murals on the walls that added a unique touch. We had a room overlooking the pool, such a peaceful and relaxing sight. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect and it was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining the hotel. The location was perfect, great to easily explore the nearby squares and markets on foot. We even had the opportunity to take a day trip to Uxmal, thanks to the helpful manager, Donny, who arranged for a driver. Merida itself is a fine city with friendly locals, and we can't wait to return. I highly recommend Boutique Real San Juan Center for a good stay.

The breakfast had really fresh fruit, granola & yoghurt, coffee/tea, which was great to start the day. Its location was perfect, quiet area for sleeping and only few streets away from a promenade with beautiful houses, gourmet restaurants, and important landmarks. The rooms were clean and inviting, with comfortable amenities.
The noise levels during the night were high, making it difficult to sleep and enjoy the room. When we arrived, there were some issues with programming our Netflix account on TV, and the staff had left for the day.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the gym was also a great bonus, allowing for a quick workout before exploring the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out local hotspots and offering reliable transportation options.
The location was a bit of a disappointment, as it was farther from the city center than anticipated. the continental breakfast could have been better, with small portions and limited options.
